“This group was created to UNITE ALL RIDERS of Panay & beyond, promote SAFETY & RESPONSIBLE riding while having fun, building BROTHERHOOD from ALL walks of life.”

Motorcycle accidents has become fatal cause a of accidents , in 2016 Motorcycle Development Program Participants Association recorded about 66 accidents daily.

My Parents would always tell me when they bought me my first motorcycle:

“It pains us that we bought something that can take our son’s life any moment”

I am a proud Ilonggo– despite the danger that comes along with owning a motorcycle, there is a Club that focuses on sharing to their members that its not bad to have fun, as long as it is accompanied with responsible driving once you hit the road, and it’s not just responsible driving  that you gain by joining the Club. It’s also a ride that creates Brotherhood.

UPRC is a recognized Motorcycle Club in the whole province of Panay, The Club holds Awards and Recognition during

SHELL BIKE FEST  held last  July 16, 2016 where they received People’s Choice Award, and 3rd Place Winner overall.

The Club Initiates a alot of activities, that will make your membership worth it! I salute this kind of Group that Unites all Motorcycle enthusiast for a good cause.
